Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We offer global delivery with only minimal exceptions in some remote areas of Asia and other locations. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can ship to your address.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping (Recommended): $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
We carefully inspect and pack each item, which takes 1-2 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
