Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary slightly by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your kayaking gear. If you need to return an item, please follow our simple process below.

Return Policy Details

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective/wrong items)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used paddles or paddle accessories
  • Opened safety equipment
  • Custom-ordered kayaks

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or damaged items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using our Return Request Template below
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage in original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our address (provided in approval email) using a trackable service
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: We’ll process once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping
