• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

4.3 Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You’re responsible for inspecting shipments and reporting any issues immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used paddles or paddle accessories
• Opened safety equipment
• Custom-ordered kayaks

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Repackage securely in original packaging
4. Ship to our provided address with tracking

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

5.4 Damaged or Defective Items
